We communicate with you in advance to coordinate. Based on your planned arrival, we set a time for a member of staff to meet you, check you in, and explain everything for your stay.

You can just leave your keys in the apartment and email us a photo of them.

We provide housekeeping with linen & towel change once a week.

You can request less frequent maid service – at least once a month – and receive a discount.

Yes, linen and towels are changed at the same time as the maid service, usually weekly.

Yes, there’s a washer/dryer in this unit.
